RARE & Stylish Vintage Retro Mid Century Danish Stainless Steel & Teak Coal / Ice Bucket Scandinavian. This is a fabulous piece of Mid Century design. It is almost certainly Danish But I have been unable to attribute it to an exact designer or maker. It is very well made, it is a lidded, tapered bucket with a Stylised Teak Wood knop on the lid, and matching Wooden feet, these are again tapered. The feet are each fixed with 2 rivets.

We feel almost sure this was made as a coal bucket / compendium, but equally this could be used as an ice bucket for Champagne, wine or beers. This would obviously compliment a Mid Century interior theme. The entire piece stands 17 inches tall and is 12 inches across its diameter.

This is a fabulous piece of Scandinavian design and is a RARE piece. This is in good useable condition, there is some surface wear and the lids internal rim is slightly misshapen the teak has lost some of its colour. The bottom plate is not stainless steel (the rest is) this has oxidation and wear on the inside, and the underside of this has wear and oxidation to a lesser degree. Don't miss out this is a RARE find.
